Velvet Blue was one of the communication colors for the M2 CS and perhaps the most surprising color out of the 4 that were made available for the car.
Velvet Blue is an exclusive Individual option which last featured on the F82 M4 Heritage Edition. As seen here it's a unique dark blue with a purple undertone.
