Shark Blue was a standard range paint option, one of four Special Colors (Sonderfarbe), priced at $4,220.
The color was newly introduced on the 992 GT3 where it was used as main communication color for the launch of the car in 2021. As such it was quite a popular option for the 'standard' GT3 but less so on the Touring variant seen here.
It was discontinued for the GT3 midway through 2024.
