Frozen Pure Grey, together with Frozen Portimao Blue, were the first colors to be added to the, at the time, rather scarce line-up of colors on the G87 M2. The San Luis Potosi plant in Mexico could only offer the 5 standard colors at launch but was later equipped to offer these 'entry-level' Individual paints, available at a cost of ~ € 2.7k.
With the 2025 facelift of the M2 even more colors were added to the standard range for the car.
