Ruby Red Metallic is a modern Porsche paint first introduced as a standard metallic option for the 997.1 generation 911 in 2008. With the launch of the facelift 997.2 in 2009, it became a more exclusive “Special Color” (sonderfarbe). Nowadays it's available as a PTS option.
It's a dark red, almost burgundy in certain lighting, similar to Arena Red Metallic but with a slightly warmer tone.
