Riviera Blue is a historic Porsche color finding its origins on the 993 911 back in the 1990s. While the bright blue is quite popular as a PTS option nowadays it wasn't back when it was introduced as a standard color.
Other manufacturers like BMW & Audi have since adopted the color for their own individualization programs.
