Interlagos Blue is a BMW paint which was named after the race circuit in Sao Paulo, Brazil, which opened in 1940 and is officially known as Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace since 1985. But it is usually simply called Interlagos after the district it is located in. Interlagos literally means "inbetween lakes" which describes the location of the district as it is situated inbetween two lakes.

It has been available since late 2004 when it featured on the E46 M3 kind of as a "celebration" of JP Montoya who won the F1 race at Interlagos in 2004, driving a Williams BMW.

Visually it is pretty close to Le Mans Blue but a bit darker and with a less apparent metallic flake. It can be regarded as a modern interpretation of Avus Blue.
