Damast Red

Damast Red is a rare BMW Individual paint option first seen around 2010 on the 5 Series GT and later featuring on a very exclusive BMW Individual M760Li inspired by Nautor’s Swan. You can read the article in BMW Magazine about that car here.

It's a deep warm tone of red with strong brown and copper undertones. In most conditions the color won't appear as red at all but rather a darker black to brown as some bright light is required to bring out the true tone.

The color can still be seen on some of the current models but very rarely.
