Grigio Telesto
P6MGrigio Telesto was the second most popular Individual paint option on the F80 M3, after San Marino Blue. This doesn't take into account colors like Tanzanite Blue and Azurite Black which were listed directly in the configurator as discounted Individual options for certain markets.
Telesto also saw a boost in numbers due to a custom ordered special series by BMW Belux. Created to highlight the possibilities of BMW Individual, the 'BMW M Special Series' was split into two options: Telesto & Avus, named after the colors the cars are painted in. The Telesto Edition was available in M3 & M4 and the Avus only for the M4. 50 units total were produced with 20 Telesto M3's, 20 Telesto M4's and 10 Avus M4's.
On the inside the cars had an engraving on the dash highlighting the limited edition and also featured custom stitching to match the paintwork.
