Verde Ithaca

Verde Ithaca is a bright pearlescent green that was first introduced by Lamborghini in the early 2000s and became widely associated with the brand during the early 2010s, gaining prominence on models such as the Gallardo and Aventador. It quickly established itself as one of the brand’s defining modern greens, sitting alongside shades like Verde Mantis and Verde Scandal in Lamborghini’s evolving color palette.

The name “Ithaca” is widely believed to reference the Greek island of Ithaca in the Ionian Sea, famously known as the home of Odysseus in Homer’s Odyssey. Lamborghini has a long tradition of drawing inspiration from mythology, geography, and culture when naming colours, and Verde Ithaca follows that convention by linking the vibrant tone to a historic Mediterranean reference.

Visually, Verde Ithaca is characterised by a high-energy lime-green appearance with a strong pearlescent effect that enhances the angular surfaces typical of Lamborghini design. Under direct light the color appears extremely vivid, while in softer lighting it reveals deeper green tones.
