Estoril Blue II is, as stated in the name, the second iteration of BMW's iconic Estoril Blue paint which was originally launched together with the E36 M3 in 1992. This second iteration however was introduced in the early 2010s. The main reason for this was that it moved to a water-based paint.
Visually they are almost identical except for the fact the EBII is perhaps slightly more vibrant.
It was mainly seen on F-Series cars and is no longer listed as an Individual option today.
