  • Battery & Range: Powered by a 109 kWh usable battery, it delivers up to about 400 miles EPA / 805km (500 miles) WLTP range and supports ultra-fast 400 kW charging.
  • Technology & Design: Features slim kidney grilles, triangular headlights, and a more streamlined, modern profile, shifting towards BMW’s new design language.
  • Interior Innovation: Offers a futuristic cockpit with BMW's “Panoramic iDrive” windshield display, a minimalist layout, and advanced AI-driven infotainment.

Paint options:

At launch, the iX3 offers a rather limited palette of six exterior colors, including three new shades developed for the Neue Klasse generation. These are Polarized Grey metallic, Eucalyptus Green Metallic and Ocean Wave Blue metallic, the latter serving as the car’s main communication color. The rest of the lineup includes Space Silver metallic, Fire / Vegas Red, M Brooklyn Grey metallic, Sapphire Black metallic, and Alpine White III (white being the only no-cost option). Eucalyptus Green and Fire / Vegas Red have been delayed to March 2026 and are not directly available at launch, just like Frozen Space Silver and Frozen Ocean Wave Blue, two Frozen colors that will be added later.

BMW also plans to offer Individual colors for the iX3 in the second half of 2026, to offer a bigger range of personalization.
