This 488 Pista is a fully Tailor Made car with a very unique spec. It's painted Verde Hy Kers Lucido, the glossy variant of the matte green paint which was used on the 599 development car which was used to test the first hybrid powertrain for Ferrari.
The roof is painted in a contrasting color, Canna di Fucile, this shade of grey also returns in the special livery.

The livery consists of a central stripe in Canna di Fucile, accented by fine lines along the edges in Argento Nurburgring. The stripe doesn't go over the contrasting roof and fades out before, on the hood, and after, on the rear decklid.
