Siam Beige is a rather unique color for the e-tron. Although it's part of the standard paint range we don't see it that often with owners more often opting for the usual black or grey colors.
As can be seen through these images, the color changes depending on the lighting. Going from a light grey similar to Porsche's Crayon to a much warmer beige tone.
