The 1M Coupé was only available in 3 paint options from standard and Individual paints weren't really offered. But ofcourse there are a few customers for who BMW made an exception, although these customers had to pay a hefty price in order to get the paint of their liking, reportedly upwards of € 20k.
One of these Individual 1Ms is this one painted in Monte Carlo Blue which was a new color at the time which was introduced with the F10 M5.
Only 2 1Ms were ever ordered in this color, one of those by the then CEO of BMW M, Dr. Kay Segler.
