Velvet Purple, or Samtviolett in German, is one of Audi's purple pearl effect paints that they offer through the extended Audi Exclusive paints range.
It's a bit lighter than Merlin and also has slightly more of a blue undertone.
In 2023 Porsche added this paint to its list of approved PTS colors along with quite a few other Audi paints.
