Terra Grey Metallic is a warm, earthy grey metallic finish that originated within Audi’s color palette before later being introduced to Porsche’s Paint to Sample program for the Cayenne, alongside several other Audi-derived shades. The name comes from the Italian word “terra,” meaning earth, reflecting the color’s natural and grounded character.

First offered by Audi in 2022 as one of five special launch colors for the updated A8, Terra Grey Metallic is defined by its medium-to-dark grey tones with subtle brown and beige undertones. Rather than leaning toward a cold or industrial grey, the color carries more warmth reminiscent of natural stone or clay.
