Scarab Green

Scarab Green, also known by its German name Scarabäusgrün Metallic, is a rare attention-grabbing green paint available exclusively through BMW’s Individual Program and known for its rich, multi-dimensional color range and depth.

It's a deep, jewel-like green that can appear just grey in low light, yet comes alive under sunlight with vibrant green and purple flashes that evoke a metallic “flip” effect.

The color was most notably offered in the early 2000s. For example on the E38, E39, E46 and so on.

It was offered between approximately 1999 and 2006 and is no longer available today.
