Moon Gem is a new Porsche color created in 2023 through the PTS Plus program, first appearing on a 992 GT3. It's a modern interpretation of Porsche's historic Moonstone (Lilac) paint which featured on the 924, 928 and 911 in the 1970s. They describe the color as a desaturated and more grayish adaptation of the historic Moonstone.
It's indeed very desaturated as the purple / pink tone is very soft making the color appear more like a grayish white from afar.
