Grigio Nimbus Semilucido is essentially a matte version of Grigio Nimbus, or as the name states semi glossy.
The original glossy paint upon which this is based has been around for a longer time while Grigio Nimbus Semilucido itself has only recently appeared as an Ad Personam paint option and most notably featured on the Urus Graphite Capsule.
