Centenaire Silver

Centenaire Silver is a special metallic silver created by Porsche in 2023 to celebrate two major milestones: the 100th anniversary of the 24 Hours of Le Mans and Porsche’s own 75th anniversary.

The color was developed through the Paint to Sample Plus program specifically for the Porsche 911 Carrera GTS Le Mans Centenaire Edition. Its inspiration comes from the Porsche 356 SL, which competed at Le Mans in a silver finish and marked Porsche’s first class victory at the event.

Visually, Centenaire Silver is a lighter and brighter metallic silver compared to the well known GT Silver Metallic. It carries a cleaner and more luminous appearance, giving the paint a slightly more historic and motorsport-oriented feel rather than the more technical tone of GT Silver.

The color was created as a direct tribute to Porsche’s endurance racing heritage and its long-standing connection to Le Mans. Following its debut on the Centenaire Edition, it later became available through the Paint to Sample program for wider customer specification.
