Blu Tour de France 70 is a newer version of the historic Ferrari paint Blu Tour de France released for the 70th anniversary celebrations of the brand in 2017.
There isn't all that much difference between the two but 70 has a more noticeable metallic flake therefore making the color appear slightly brighter.
