The name Arlo Green Metallic was also chosen by the customer in tribute to his dog, Arlo, whose energetic and spirited nature inspired the vibrant character of the paint.

Visually, the color draws inspiration from the Tourmaline gemstone, known for its rich green hue and distinctive brilliance. The paint features a deep green base with noticeable blue-turquoise undertones, especially prominent in sunlight. This gives the color a dynamic and lively appearance, shifting subtly depending on lighting conditions.
