Anthracite

Anthracite Metallic is a deep grey introduced in 1997, first appearing on the E39 5 Series both the regular 5-series and M5.

The color sits between grey and black, shifting from a subtle near black in the shade while showing a more vibrant silver glow from its metallic flake when seen in direct sunlight.

It's no longer available as a standard range paint option but can still be found as an Individual option on newer models.
