Arancio Apodis vs Arancio Xanto

Alessandro Craeye

Arancio Apodis and Arancio Xanto are two vivid Lamborghini orange finishes that share a bold, saturated character, but their differences become much more apparent when seen together. When viewed individually, the two can be difficult to distinguish, as both have a similarly bright and vibrant appearance. The key difference lies in the purity of their orange tones.

Arancio Apodis, developed for the Revuelto, has a cleaner, more intense orange appearance. Its brighter tone sits closer to a pure orange, without the red influence found in Xanto. The result is a more direct and vivid shade that served as the Revuelto's main launch color, available exclusively through Lamborghini's Ad Personam program.

Arancio Xanto, seen here on the Urus SE and Temerario, has a subtle red undertone that shifts its appearance towards a warmer, slightly redder orange. Its four-layer pearl finish adds complexity to the color, setting it apart from the more straightforward orange character of Apodis. Arancio Xanto first appeared as the launch color of the Huracán EVO several years earlier.

When compared side by side, Apodis appears brighter and more purely orange, while Xanto has a richer, red-influenced tone. Although the distinction may be less obvious when seeing either color on its own, the difference in their base tones becomes clear when viewed together.
