The GranTurismo S was unveiled just one year after the standard GranTurismo, at the Geneva Motor Show in 2008.
The main differences are the enlarged 4.7l V8 (it shares with the Alfa Romeo 8C), various other improvements to the performance and some design improvements like new side skirts, wheels and a small spoiler on the lid of the trunk.
