Audi Q8 e-tron
In 2022, Audi announced that the facelifted e-tron will be renamed to Audi Q8 e-tron (unrelated to the existing Audi Q8), since the e-tron naming is now also being used on other models. It was revealed on 9 November 2022.
Due to declining interest in the model and electric vehicles in general Audi decided in 2024 to shut down the Forest plant in Belgium where the Q8 e-tron was being made. Production is set to end early 2025.
