The third-generation Aston Martin Vanquish marks the return of one of the brand’s most important nameplates, reintroduced as the new flagship front-engine grand tourer. Unveiled in 2024, this latest Vanquish replaces the DBS and sits at the very top of Aston Martin’s core GT lineup, positioned below only the ultra-limited hypercars.

Built on Aston Martin’s bonded aluminium architecture, the new Vanquish is powered by a heavily reworked 5.2-litre twin-turbocharged V12, producing 835 horsepower and 1000 Nm of torque. Power is sent exclusively to the rear wheels via an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, reinforcing the car’s traditional grand touring character while delivering modern supercar performance. It is the most powerful series-production V12 Aston Martin has made.

Visually, the third-generation Vanquish evolves Aston Martin’s design language with a long, sculpted bonnet, muscular rear haunches, and a wide, aggressive stance. The proportions clearly emphasize its front-engine, rear-drive layout, while extensive use of carbon fibre helps reduce weight and sharpen responses. Compared to its predecessors, the design is more purposeful and technical, yet still unmistakably Aston Martin.
