February '25 updates

This post highlights the updates and changes made over the months of January and February of 2025.

Improvements

• Major codebase updates with a rewrite of the back- and frontend in order to support the latest server language and security updates.
• Simplified paint overview on model (and model variant) pages by removing the category tabs in favor of a simple single list.
• Improved relation between model and model series pages.
• Updated and improved ads integration with dedicated ad positions in order to make them less intrusive, prevent too much ads close to one another.
• Improvements to file management and update deployment.
• Code cleanup.
• Updated price notation for sales.

Additions

• Created an Achievements module that will award achievement badges to user profiles.
• Added a 'recently updated' widget to highlight uploads that were recently modified.
• Added a comment action button to upload detail pages.
• Added PWA support.
