Improvements

• Added filtering, sorting and dynamic pagination to the paints page.
• Added the name of the manufacturer that originally released the paint to paints with the same name in the uploads filter. 
• Improved VIN history.
  • Price (and currency) can now be saved (for sales history)
  • Plaque number can now be linked to a VIN (for limited production cars)

• Fixed missing user avatar on uploads.
• Fixed an issue that could occur preventing users from submitting a form after having attempted to submit incorrect values for required fields.
