This 992 GT3 Touring is a nice example finished in Viola Metallic, a deep purple PTS color that Porsche has used in the past and that really suits the more understated Touring body style. Without the fixed rear wing, the shape is a lot cleaner, so the color becomes a bigger part of the car’s character. In some light it looks quite dark and subtle, while in direct sun the purple really comes through, which is also shown through these images.
The spec keeps things fairly restrained on the outside, with satin black wheels and black details that don’t distract from the paint. Up front, the car benefits from having a paint protection film applied.
Inside, the car is optioned with black extended leather, with Racing Yellow stitching and seatbelts. It’s a bit more playful than a standard black interior, though still far from loud. Fitting with the Touring concept, the car has the 18 way adjustable sport seats, as opposed to the buckets. There are also some carbon and Race-Tex elements mixed in, which fits with what you’d expect from a GT3.
Beyond the color and spec, it’s a fairly typical 992 GT3 Touring: 4.0 naturally aspirated flat-six, PDK, and options like the front axle lift, Bose sound system, and parking assist. Mileage is low, and it’s had a recent service at Porsche.
Overall, this one stands out mainly because of the Viola Metallic paint. It’s not a color you come across often, and gives this Touring a bit more personality.
